General Requirements:
  • Technical competence in mid-range and desktop operating systems/applications (e.g ., Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010/2007, IBM iSeries)
  • Ability to exhibit strong written/verbal communication skills and effective troubleshooting support whether remote or in person.
  • Ability to install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade client equipment, as required.
  • Pleasant personality, team oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people.
