Apex Systems is seeking a Service Level Manager for our largest federal client in Quantico, VA. The chosen candidate will serve in an innovative role, in charge of bringing new customers into this large data center, as well as establishing SLAs and service targets for new and existing customers.


  • Strong experience creating and maintaining SLAs
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • IAT II certification or higher

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Remedy
    • Other ticketing systems will be accepted as substitutes
  • Experience with ITIL
