Requirements

  • Excel – v-look up and pivots
    SharePoint – Master skills – workflows, list development, connecting SharePoint sites to collect data, report development in SharePoint on SharePoint data
    PowerPoint – expert skills in layout, formatting, etc.
    Visio – good skills in flow development, swim lanes and using the standard shapes, etc.

    Responsibilities may include:
    • Drive the implementation of priority projects including the planning, execution and tracking of deliverables within existing working groups needed to support the work
    • Monitor the project plan across projects and provide inputs into the consent order integrated plan.  Anticipate and escalate issues that may impact progress.
    • Partner with Change Management subject matter experts and other internal subject matter experts to oversee cross enterprise change critical to the successful implementation of consent order deliverables
    • Develop and execute communication strategy to advise leaders and team members on how they support the plan and to ensure optimal visibility of rebuilding trust activities
    • Partner and coordinate with Rebuilding Trust Office leaders and other key partners to ensure comprehensive reporting and communication strategies
