A large financial client is looking for a Sharepoint Developer that is able to work directly off a W-2. It is 70% Sharepoint development and 30% Support. Please apply if interested.

For the Factory Support Part

Responsible for day-to-day management and execution of the Operational Excellence Process Modeling Factory.  Responsibilities include assignment of activities for the Process Model Template, monitoring the through-put of the factory, research, analysis and execution of managed change; creating and delivering internal reports to management and interested stakeholders.

  • Manage the work efforts of the Intake COE offshore team
  • Manage and maintain the Process Architect and Process Modeler Resource Capacity tracker
  • Ensure Observations are extracted and tracked appropriately
  • Ensure Process Templates efficiently move through the workflow
  • Provide Internal Reporting on the status of the Factory

For the SharePoint Support

Responsible for design, delivery and operational support of SharePoint functionality to enable the Operational Excellence Process Modeling Factory.

  • Provide creative SharePoint solutions based on requirements from the OpEx and Business Teams
  • Monitor, triage and resolve SharePoint Issues and Small Requests
  • Provide bulk-load/edit support for Data Migration efforts via Access integration
  • Manage access to all appropriate SharePoint sites
  • Ensure Self-service Change flows through the appropriate data lists
  • Provide extreme oversight to the Managed Change process for MTM, 2-Deep and Business Functions changes.
  • Must be an expert in SharePoint Designer Workflows, DFFS/InfoPath Designer, SharePoint/Access DB integration
  • Advanced Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Access skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to think proactively and balance multiple needs, requests and goals
  • Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, creative and flexible, possessing a “can do” attitude
