Facilities Support Coordinator
12 Month Contract

Must be a team player with strong, interpersonal skills with a passion to provide a high-level of support to internal customers via the iRecycle ERP system. The coordinator must have the ability to manage a large volume of requests and provide swift answers to users’ questions.

The ideal candidate will exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to succinctly report recurring problems or escalations to the appropriate team member.

The Site Support Coordinator should be proactive in their approach to customer service offering suggestions that may improve job processes, better support for Recycling customers or internal team members.

Key Qualifications:

2+ years of relevant experience


  • Proven team player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude with the ability to deliver a high level of customer service


  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management


  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers


  • Critical thinker


  • Organized and has a strong attention to detail


  • Provide user support via phone and email
