Software Deployment Analyst
Contract through 12/27/20 with opportunity to hire 
St. Paul, MN
 
The Software Delivery Infrastructure team engineers and supports the software deployments for workstation, server, and Citrix environment. It is a highly collaborative team that partners with Client Infrastructure, Cyber Threat Management, Application Development, infrastructure/technology teams, and business areas.
 
What you would do in this job:  
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver new software solutions to client environment.
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology and business areas to deploy software to  Citrix XenApp environment.
  • Engineer, script, and support software deployments to workstations and servers primarily using Microsoft SCCM.
  • Create, manage and deploy packages to address security vulnerabilities, including the monthly Microsoft updates.
  • Provide support for incidents related to software distribution and patching, on a rotational basis.

 
Required Skills:
  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft App-V
  • Citrix XenApp
  • Solid analytical and design skills, creative problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
  • Aptitude to design, test, and maintain software packages – or - the desire to learn how to do so.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to collaborate with teams to deliver new software solutions to client environment.
