Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications/operating systems.
Also, coordinates work teams.
Provides technical support to project team members.
Requires experience in the field or in a related area.
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
May report to an executive or a manager.
Work will involve maintenance and development support for an existing C#, Windows 2008, IIS 7, .NET application.
Javascript / jQuery, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, XSLT and XML are required skills.
SQLServer, and SQL experience is preferred.
Experience with Subversion, CruiseControl, BootStrap, Razor, Spark View Engine, StructureMap and NUnit are a bonus.

• The position is split 70/30; 70% is new feature work, 30% is maintenance

• Main Focus is on trying to get all screens across the application to be more consistent

• Will build out screens across various mobile platforms

• Combination of waterfall and agile methodologies used

• Will not participate in daily standups

• Everything funnels through manager and is handed off to the appropriate engineer

• This position is given full autonomy 

• Will investigate new technology to see if it could fit in their architecture stack

• Very collaborative environment

• Currently working on .NET 4.6.1

• Schedule: Core business hours preferred, could be flexible around these hours

• This person needs to be confident working independently and asking solid questions
