Sr. UCCE Consulting Engineer 

Duration: 6 month+ contract to hire opportunity

Location: Remote work opportunity with 25%-50% paid travel within the US 

Our client is in immediate need of a Cisco Unified Contact Center Professional: with experience installing, building, upgrading, training, scripting, and maintaining a UCCE environment. This consultant will need to have knowledge & experience with UCCE 9.5-11.5 as well as CVP.

In addition - this resource will be customer facing and needs to exhibit excellent communication skills. 

Overview: Our client, a fortune 500 company, is a leading multi-brand technology solutions and services providers with business, government, education, and healthcare organizations in North America. They offer a broad array of offerings ranging from hardware and software to integrate IT solutions. 

Skills/Experience/Background

  • Candidate needs to have done at least 2 installations of UCCE and CVP and must have at least one installation up to 11.0
  • Client is upgrading to version 10.5 and/or 11.5 from version 9.5
  • ECE  or E-Gain experience is a + 
  • Proven Track record in both installing and maintaining a Contact Management Center's infrastructure.
  • VMware environment experience is a +
  • Candidate will be assisting with building out a separate/parallel contact center environment for the client during upgrades
  • Candidate will need to be very comfortable installing UCCE components
  • Exp. Configuring Windows to Cisco
  • Familiarity with centralized CUSP
  • Installing UCCE components
  • Enterprise environment experience
  • Scripting experience is a must have
  • Finesse, UCCX, ICM, CUCM, CUIC, and CAD.
