Sr. Help Desk Support

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Ability to work on your own, while reporting back to team leader any issues or concerns in a timely fashion
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, and ability to provide white glove service to customers
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to productivity
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions to provide pertinent information for the escalation of issues
  • Ability to interface daily with senior staff and their assistants to provide support and awareness of needs as soon as possible

Experience:

  • Proficiency in building and deploying desktops and laptops.
  • Preferably familiarity with SCCM
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (O365) (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Skype) * Proficiency with Windows 10 O/S
  • Experience in Windows 10 O/S and Microsoft Office 365 upgrades and rollouts Familiarity with SCCM application installation
  • 4 - 6 Years’ experience in direct end user support including Microsoft Office applications. (Required)
