Senior HRIS Analyst Job Summary

  • The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for providing expert functional and technical support to the organization in the use of our HR systems. They will be responsible for providing first and second tier support for Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) applications and serve as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert ensuring the trustworthiness of information over its life cycle, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The application being used is Infinium. Serving as a subject matter expert and key resource of HR Systems projects including validation of Infinium/Lawson system upgrades, deployment of new functionality, partnering with HR functional areas on system related process work, and major system implementation or integration project work. The Senior HRIS Analyst will be assisting in a merger/ implementation project currently underway.

Senior HRIS Analyst Job Requirements

  • Infinium experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management dealing with mergers
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS
  • Ability to manage multiple HRIS systems
  • Prior experience working with HR systems (ATS, LMS, Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Mgt. and Benefits Administration)
  • Adaptable, go-getter personality
