10+ years experience - Requires experience with Java, Servlet, J2EE and an understanding of linking to back-end applications. Requires strong interaction and communication with business line. Analyzes, designs, implements and supports web-related applications support of company’s internet/intranet strategy. Help mentor junior Java developers.  Strong understanding of O-O. Skills: Java, J2EE, Struts, DB2, SQL, UML Hibernate, JUnit.



6+ years of Java/J2EE application design and development experience

6+ years of JSP/Servlet experience

3+ years Web Services experience (RESTful, SOAP, WSDL, etc.) years’

3+ experience working a code management tool years’ experience with

3+ relational database modeling and design

4+ years of experience in designing, coding, testing and debugging

4+ software ensure that software meets business needs

2+ years’ experience with Gradle/Maven and/or ANT, Jenkins

3+ years’ experience with JUnit/HttpUnit/Cactus

3+ years Hibernate/Spring Framework experience 

2+ years of experience in HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery years of

2+ experience in developing Spring MVC Portlets

Liferay experience a plus


Excellent communication skills

Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to collaborate with other team members Experience working on projects utilizing Agile Methodologies




Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Banking or finance industry experience

Java certifications
