  • Experience in laboratory reagent preparation and review of documents.
  • Job responsibilities will include performing document review for the bulk formulation group.
  • Will be expected to organize work to ensure efficient utilization of time and materials and to ensure all batch records are completed in a cGMP compliant manner.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to multiple and changing priorities, rescheduling work effectively to ensure that current and future needs are met.
  • Keep the supervisor informed on status of all documents and of compliance issues in critical areas.
  • Help out with project related work such as document updates, production printing and occasionally work in a lab environment.
  • Attends required training classes and participates in on-the-job training.
  • Manages schedules, workload and establishes priorities using inputs from business requirements, SAP, and/or internal customer needs.
  • Input production data and other work-output data into appropriate network (e.g. SAP / LIMS).
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintaining general lab supplies (keeping the lab prepared for production)
  • Printing of batch records for production.
  • Documents information by maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.


  • B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry or other scientific discipline is preferred.
  • Experience working in a laboratory and/or manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
  • Ability to work under cGMP guidelines and previous document review experience is a must.
  • Strong verbal/written skills are required.
  • Ability to perform a quality cGMP review of batch records.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/laboratory environment and wearing protective clothing for extended periods.
  • Good documentation skills, including ability to write clear and legibly.
  • Good work ethic, enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Must be organized, neat, conscientious, and flexible.
