Apex Systems, the nation’s 2nd largest Information Technology staffing organization, has an opportunity for a Digital (Intelligent Automation/Robotics Process Automation) Program/Project Manager. The Program/Project Manager will be aligned in the Digital PMO responsible for 5 lines of business and implementing governance process, procedures, assessing progress, investment and status.  The role will also be responsible for ensuring the Business Unit’s Digital Initiatives (combination of Process Automation - Intelligent Automation, Sales and New Business - Digital Studio and Contact Center Digitization) adhere to governance requirements.  This role requires a strong ability to partner, attention to detail combined with the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.  This is a long term contract for a Financial Services company in the Hartford, CT area. Here are some additional details on what we need in a candidate:

 

  • This project manager is going to be running the scaled Agile program
  • this  project is at the inception phase and is a multi -year program.
  • This phase is for the streamlining of the producer on-boarding experience. 
  • This is a transformational effort , moving from waterfall to agile.
  • Excellent comm skills to be able to articulate the program goals , drive discussions , stand up and organize teams, experience with SAFe and agile practices. 
  • Someone who can be influential and able to shepherd the stakeholders through the process of moving from waterfall to agile.
  • Must be able to work in a very dynamic, fast paved environment.
  • He also wants someone who can operate at the high level program level, but also able to pivot to more project manager level too.
  • Flexible.

 

Hartford is preferred but will consider other locations
