Sr. Software Engineer



  • Have to follow HR process
  • HR conducts first interview, then they do an assessment test after applying directly. 
  • Submit directly to Maria, she sends to HR if she is interested
  • They would then reach out to the candidate directly – then HR would reach out to us in regards to a contract.
  • Resume review: Tuesday at 3 pm CST




  • Shared services model work as well
  • 5 development teams
    • Would work on one of these
    • Mix of Project teams and production support teams (they rotate production support work sometimes among teams).


Tech Stack:

  • .Net Developer – full-stack
  • Willing to write code but also help mentor (very young team).  Doesn’t need to be a lead.
  • ASP.Net MVC – some with Webforms
  • AngularJS (2.0) on the front-end – not a must have – they can teach it
  • Webservices – Web API
    • Message format: JSON
  • Data Access Technology: Entity Framework, Linq to SQL
  • SQL Server
  • SQL skills – fairly basic, not a ton of need here
  • Testing: Write own unit test – 85% unit test coverage
    • Test Automation – Selenium, internally written pieces to that as well
  • Deployment: TFS (Team Foundation Server) – Source Control, Deployment, Bug Reporting



  • Agile – almost by the book
