To foster this growth, we are looking for a Senior recruiter to grow and expand this organization by generating pipeline, to understanding the needs of the business, to maintaining the entire candidate experience. We are looking for someone to leverage their industry knowledge to assess the hiring needs of the business and effectively match candidates to the roles in which they will be most successful.
What you get to do in this role:
  • Technical Staffing/Employment Representative: Works with hiring manager to understand requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s).
  • Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Sources and recruits technical talent.   
  • Promotes the company image to candidates.
  • Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified Technical engineering candidates.
  • Pre-screens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
  • Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
  • Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
  • May conduct employment background checks.
  • Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
  • Professionals at the higher levels must specialize in technical recruiting and/or highly specialized technical searches.
  • •May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.

  • To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 10+ years of Technical Engineering and/or Products Recruiting
  • Strong Sourcing skills with the ability talent map, Source and engage passive candidates, and sell the company/opportunity 
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to craft competitive offers 
  • Closing candidates 
  • Strong candidate and client management skills 
  • Ability to execute and meet quarterly hiring targets.
  • Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
  • Strong communication skills - ability to work cross functionally between the business and the internal staffing team
