Apex Systems has a client with an immediate need for several Sales Support Representative roles for 12 Month Contracts to work onsite in Austin TX.
Position: Sales Support Representative
Location: Austin TX
Length: 12 Month Contract
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Data entry driven role. Data entry experience a plus.
  • Coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Execute Education customer’s purchase orders.
  • Ability to interact with customers on the phone and maintain positive customer relations. Experience with customer phone support a plus.
  • Work efficiently under ambitious SLA’s.
  • Daily interaction/communication with partner team, management, and sales may be required via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Be able to interact with customers and partner teams for order entry needs.

 
Skills and Qualifications:
 
  • Excellent data entry and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
  • Advanced judgment, negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding follow-through and organizational ability.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with other partner teams.
  • Excellent attendance required.
