Job Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst applies statistical theory and methods to collect, interpret and summarize data as well as make predictions and recommend actions based on data.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data.
  • Review and analyze gathered data to locate was areas in the supply chain process and develop methods to improve.
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects.
  • Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain department by reviewing current methodology and processes.
  • Conducts statistical analyses to develop strategies.
  • Identify data patterns and trends.
  • Present information using data visualization techniques.
  • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 4 years’ professional experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks.
  • High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes.
  • Professional communication skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed.
  • Database management proficiency using systems including Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Supply Chain Management certification.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Physical Requirements
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
