Performs project management, support, training, and documentation functions for small to medium projects. Drives and supports many aspects of projects, ensuring that most tasks are completed by the project team on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Define functional requirements for small to medium projects.
  • Drive development of training materials for small to medium projects.
  • Develop communication and support methods and documents for users and peers.
  • Drive testing processes.
  • Perform and lead testing for small to medium projects.
  • Provide support to business partners.
  • Identify and implement solutions to support issues.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Knowledge and improvement of business processes Project Management: Planning, documentation, analysis and business requirements management techniques
  • Analytical and conceptual expertise
  • Testing, verification and validation techniques
  • Technical/Business writing: Communication of technical information to a non-technical audience and vice versa
  •  Knowledge of Workday implementations and support functions as this role will be performing Workday Changes and Implementations and troubleshooting.
  •  The successful candidate should have a working knowledge of Kronos support.
  •  Working knowledge of Microstrategy, (BI) Business Intelligence, HR and Timekeeping is a plus.

Desired Work Experiences

  • 4 year degree in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • Project management, project scheduling, quality assurance testing, preparing documentation and specifications, and technical writing (2-4 years)
