Job Description:

The Microsoft Exchange Systems Administrator is an enterprise IT technical resource and advocate for technical design changes and modification efforts associated with Microsoft email and instant messaging. You will be part of a Messaging team that works collaboratively with IT infrastructure and application architects, engineers, service delivery coordinators, vendors, and end-users to manage and support the Enterprise email.

Responsibilities:

  • Microsoft Exchange, Lync/Skype for Business administration and support.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing the migration of applications and users in a Microsoft Exchange environment. 
  • Responsible for supporting and migrating to Office 365.
  • Knowledgeable of protocols such as POP3/IMAP/EWS.
