Hours: 8AM- 5PM Mon-Fri.
Looking for a candidate who will be able to do advanced Mac Support including Casper/JAMF policy configuration for Mac Application Deployment -The successful candidate must be able to support both PCs and Macs in a corporate environment. -Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills a must have.
2-5 years experience needed. CompTia A+ or equivalent is required along with Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification and Caper/JAMF experience. -Must be familiar with and able to configure Casper to deploy packaged applications in a corporate environment. TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have
1.) Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification and Casper/JAMF experience
2.) Communication/Customer Service skills
