Systems Analyst  Manager

 

This position is viewed as an expert in IT information systems analyst role. Undertakes complex projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge in the Salesforce CRM area. This role will make well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT system analysis issues. The person will coordinates with users to determine requirements and ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for team. This role will act as a resource for direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. Typically requires three to five years of experience.

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

This position requires advanced technical, organizational, and communication skills.  The Systems Analyst Manager is a key subject matter expert. The position is responsible for understanding business strategies and pain points and creating comprehensive roadmaps and project solutions that solve business needs that are implementable within the specified timeframe and budgets for the Salesforce CRM Application

 

  • System Analyst work for the Salesforce CRM Application.
  • Re-design system analysis efforts for critical enterprise projects.
  • Helps Designs and gather requirements for critical solutions that improve application efficiencies.
  • Will participate actively in Agile Scrum Team.
  • Will work closely with business stakeholders.
  • Has knowledge of CRM activities. Preferred to have knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Plans, projects and oversees the tactical aspects of system enhancements.
  • Screens requests for services, determines general customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative solutions and functional specifications, and develops conversion plans and procedures.
  • Provides leadership, guidance and oversight for activities of applications systems analysis. Provides focus on cross-application integration and solution design across projects as necessary to ensure success.
  • Coordinates with users to determine requirements. Analyzes designs, creates and implements more complex databases including access methods, device allocations, validation checks, organization and security.

Qualifications:

The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:

 

  • Strong analytical, creative problem solving and system analysis skills.
  • Strong CRM Skills. Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  • Strong business understanding of healthcare products and benefits.
  • Comfortable working with management, business, and technical leaders
  • Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills to facilitate the coordination and completion of multiple and varied works requests
  • Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an advanced degree preferred and at least six, and typically eight or more years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
