NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a “Systems Integration Advisor” to join our team in “Anaheim, California”.



This is a Business Intelligence & Database Developer role specializing in Microsoft SQL Services and responsible for a wide range of custom applications and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership over each of the systems and will learn the data model of each of those systems. The person will be expected to understand how the data in each systems fits in the overall data requirements and will need to be able to piece together the full picture about each employee or customer by querying multiple underlying systems.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications/Skills Required
- Mastery of SQL for creating database objects, composing complex queries, and writing stored procedures.
- Experience with SQL Server Analysis and Reporting Services (SSAS and SSRS) for reporting.
- Ability to create new data models to address business needs and requirements for storing transactional data.
- Ability to create ETL scripts in T-SQL.
- Query optimization. Experience with query tuning methodologies and tools. Ability to develop SQL code to achieve optimum query performance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed documentation relating to a business solution.
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles and particularly of the Agile Software Development.
- Involvement in the testing of programs for reliability and effectiveness.
- Bachelor degree in a technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience
Job Duties - 
- Develop and implement reports and cubes using SSRS and SSAS respectively.
- Creating/updating database objects based on customer requirements.
- Building complex queries and stored procedures with optimal performance.
- Following SDLC or Agile software development as per client standards.
- Preparing Unit Test Plan and Unit Test cases to ensure quality deliverables.
- Interact with various teams for requirement gathering.
- Developing and building T-SQL ETL scripts based on specification provided by customer.
