Systems Management Analyst
In the Systems Management Analyst – Role the new hire will manage and administer Sterling B2B platform for Optum.  Individual will perform trading partner maintenance, including setting up mft connections with internal and external clients. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Work problem tickets and perform ongoing system maintenance as directed by manager
  • Must be able to work independently and with global teams, and strictly follow SOP’s and Work Instructions
  • Work on troubleshooting with transaction failures or transfer issues
  • Ownership and accountability with work product
  • Meet all Service Level Agreement turnaround times

 
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience with Sterling Integrator in an application administration role
  • 3+ years of experience with file transfer protocols such as FTPS, SFTP and Connect:Direct
  • Experience supporting applications running on Linux 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Pragmaedge Community Manager (PCM)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with transaction failures or transfer issues experience
