  1. Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

This team is in charge of daily production releases to lower environments. Identify issues, troubleshoot issues, find out what the issue is/what’s going on, deliver to the QA team. Identify issues within Unix-needs to be able to open and navigate through files within Unix, follow the data and see what needs to happen next. Creating game plans and monitoring that the work is getting done.
Will be performing queries in databases-making unions, pulling the data, and analyzing the data.
Another part of the job is creating functions/write requirements-FSD’s
 
Requirements:
ASE 5
Analytical skills (someone with engineering or math background may work well for this)
Problem solving skills a plus
Independent
Able to query and pull data from DB (oracle) 
Familiar with Unix commands  - (able to navigate in Unix, basic commands, able to pull logs and look through them to research issues)
Production support knowledge
Able to create technical documents like functional system designs, training docs, gameplans.
Able to multitask
SDLC knowledge
Jira
Good communication skills
PAC2000 is a plus
