Software Technical Program Manager

Mountain View, CA

12 Month Contract


As a Software Technical Program Manager for the Project Soli team, you will coordinate engineering and development activities across a multidisciplinary team of signal processing and radar scientists, machine learning experts, DSP engineers and software platform productization developers.


Responsibilities: include organizing the development of the Soli gesture recognition pipeline, system architecture, product platform and Soli SDK. You will work with team leads to create and maintain the team schedule, establish best practices, provide weekly progress reports and coordinate activities and dependencies across the Soli team and other teams.

Top 4 Daily Responsibilities:

- Create and drive product execution plan, track and maintain milestones for software development

- Work with product management, UX design, app development, back-end infrastructure development and firmware engineers to arbitrate and schedule new features, bug fixes, and maintenance tasks

- Lead cross-functional engineering discussions to identify and address dependencies across all workstreams and flag potential problems

- Create and maintain software requirements and specifications


Required Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or similar technical degree

- 5+ years program management experience developing on Linux and Android embedded hardware platforms.

- Experience with Agile Methodologies

Nice to Have Skills:

- Software development experience in RF / DSP products

- Experience shipping consumer electronic products

- Experience working with third-party developers
