Reponsibilities:

  • Use strategic researching and sourcing techniques to manage Red Hat’s candidate pipeline for critical, high-volume roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify the best talent
  • Manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and most importantly, use your research skills to uncover hidden talent.
  • Identify potential Red Hatters using a variety of innovative sourcing tools, e.g. social media aggregators and platforms and coding repositories; typical roles include senior software engineers, DevOps, test engineers, etc.
  • Proactively market potential candidates to hiring managers
  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline using our customer relationship management (CRM) and applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to own and manage employee referral programs and other hiring initiatives
  • Become a Red Hat brand ambassador and interact with communities and individuals through social media, including cultivating followers and delivering high-quality, relevant content
  • Represent Red Hat at technical events
  • Investigate new tools and share your knowledge with the team
  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
  • Proven success recruiting in a high-volume environment, with an ability to manage a diverse requisition load
  • Demonstrated success using recruiting tools, e.g. boolean search, databases, and social media
  • Interest in and passion for technology; we don't expect you to code, but we expect you to be interested in technology topics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort in cold calling, networking, and public speaking
  • Ability to get past roadblocks using creative problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
     

For this opportunity, you will also be eligible for benefits through Apex for the contract period, a W2 hourly rate, weekly pay, and direct deposit
