-Role falls somewhere in between help desk and sys admin
-Will take inbound calls and resolve tickets from start to finish (goal is to have 80% of tickets resolved)
-Level 1 & 2 support
-Customer service experience is a must have and 1-2 years in technical support role
-Active Directory is a nice to have
-MS Office is must have
