Technical Support Engineer

Duration: 12 month contract on a W2 basis



Job Summary

Our team is responsible for supporting external Business Chat developers at popular Brand businesses that build rich consumer engagement experiences in Apples Messages app between iOS users and businesses. You will communicate with both external and internal developers to make sure we deliver the best quality Business Chat service, APIs and documentation. You will also have the opportunity to build Business Chat consumer use-case services yourself and provide feedback and insights.

Key Qualifications

-Hands-on coding experience with Python or other scripting languages (2 years)

-Good understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP and HTTPS, SSL)

-Experience with integrating web APIs (REST, JSON)

-Basic understanding of encryption technologies

-Experience in maintaining technical documentation

-Excellent analytic, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills


Additional Requirement

-Experience with Apples iOS eco-system, iOS development tools and best practices is a plus (and interest to learn more).



-BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
