Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st call resolution and follow up if necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task and use multiple computer systems while on the phone.
  • Acts with customers in mind and maintains effective relationships with customers to gain trust and respect.
  • Practices attentive and active listening.
  • Has the functional/technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.

  • Analytical ability to diagnose problems and work quickly to resolve issues.
  • Provide primary technical support for our customers.
  • Strong attention to detail and confident self-starter.
  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations and technical documents.
