Technical Support Specialist 
with a growing client in the Piedmont Triad. This is a fast-paced environment offering professional growth and long term stability.

Title: IT Support Technician 

Location: Pilot Mountain, NC


Duration: 6 month contract to hire


Shift: M-F, 3:30pm- 12:00am 

 

What you’ll do:
•   Answer phone calls directed to the Network Operations Center in a timely fashion, determine course of action, and initiate corrective actions.
•   Using HelpDesk, resolve open tickets and document communications and progress.
•   Perform scheduled network tasks, such as checking backups, deployment of patches, and gathering of data for reporting.

What you’ll bring to the table:
•   Great interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to interact with all employee levels and external customers. 
•   Demonstrated written communication/documentation. 
•   Experience with Windows Server 2008 – 2016 including patching, monitoring, and problem resolution.
•   Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems – Windows 7 – 10 including patches and problem resolutions
