The ideal resource will have and be able to perform the following.....

 

Top Three Skills

  1. Technical documentation  (including formal procedures, training documentation, software or hardware user manuals)- 5 years
  2. Previous IT knowledge - 3 years
  3. Project Management (preferably in IT space)- 1 year

Top Technology Skills

  1. MS Office Suite (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)
  2. Adobe Professional
  3. MS SharePoint

Responsibilities

  1. Attend all Problem Management Debriefs 
  2. Document in detail  the Debrief Team discussion, action items, and attendees; if needed ask for clarification during the discussion
  3. Review all Action Items with meeting participants prior to meeting end
  4. Prepare formal Debrief Summary document and collaborate with Problem Managers
  5. Attend and document in detail the weekly MI Review Meeting discussion, action items, and any updates given by leadership
  6. Document and maintain Problem Management Procedures as needed in SharePoint and Wiki sites
  7. Assist with organization of the Problem Management Public and Team file shares
  8. Attend and document meeting discussion from staff meetings including SME’s/ process discussion from internal departments

Looking for Tech Writer position in the Problem Management space.  This would be a role to capture and document items from Major Incident Debriefs and Team discussions.
