Communication Lead/Governance Consultant 

Accountable for developing and executing Communication, Support, and Training Plans for internal technology releases. 
• Identifying the right audience, message, channel and timing to orchestrate the coordinated communication of a clear, concise message to the organization (Home Office and Field). 
• Coordinating with Corporate, Field, and/or I.S. Communications, as needed. 

Accountable for consulting on the execution of digital workplace technology audits/annual reviews, including the use and creation of standard tools and practices, in order to promote high-quality content and the overall health of our capabilities. 
• Engage with the owners of the selected technologies to walk through the process 
• Meet with them regularly to discuss progress and next steps 
• Capture feedback and learnings for next phase along the way


We are a team of 8 consultants who create and execute release strategies for new digital workplace technology for internal (home office and field) audiences. This position also is responsible for supporting our digital workplace governance framework, advising on technology audits and use policies and coordinating our advisory board.


• Familiarity with technology communications and governance and organizational change management

• Experience working in cross-functional teams, interacting with creatives, usability specialists, developers and business partners.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a thorough knowledge of writing for the web and communicating complex topics to a broad audience in plain English.

• Experience in using metrics to analyze usage patterns and make recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, build constructive relationships and exercise tact, diplomacy and creativity in consulting with and providing service to clients at all levels.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
