Top responsibilities: 
User applications and system configuration
Hardware setup
Troubleshooting issues
Reporting
Working with the technical services support staff
Serving as a key point of contact

Required skills:
2+ years experience with Windows systems, including Wintel and Windows Server
2+ years experience with PC troubleshooting 2+ years of systems administration experience
Network knowledge Experience with triaging issues with servers and workstations. Experience and ability to apply patches and install software. Must be self-motivated and pro-active. 
Desires skills: 

Bachelors Degree
Helpdesk experience
Project leadership experience
Experience writing SQL
Disaster Recovery experience
Altiris knowledge/ experience
 
Education: 

Min. High School Diploma or GED required 

Working hours:
