Individual will be a Test Coordinator/Test Lead, specifically focusing on Upstream Downstream feed validations, as part of the Finance Technology Testing team. He/she will be responsible to deliver against the ML Oracle Cloud Migration project collocated in Charlotte. 

• Work closely with Business Project Lead, Test Leads, and Oracle team to understand project requirements and communicate test results 
• Review BRDs, Fspecs, and Tspecs 
• Responsible for creating Test Strategy document(s), Test Plan(s), Testing Tracker(s), Test Execution Status Reports, and Defect Reports 
• Coordinate process team input into testing deliverables 
• Manage day to day activity of test leads and offshore testers 
• Set guidelines for the test scripts to be written by the team 
• Responsible for the coordination and documentation of test scripts 
• Coordinate prioritization of test scripts and defects 
• Ensure testing is on schedule and escalate any issues/concerns 
• Ensure QC is updated for test execution and defects 
• Provide QC training to business team (as needed) 
• Ensure defects are assigned and being worked on 

Required skills for the job: 
• At least 2 years of experience in testing 
• E2E test coordination experience 
• Project management Experience, handling multiple teams 
• Hands on experience in QC or equivalent 
• Experience in agile and waterfall methodologies 
• Experience in the following would be an added advantage: 
o Oracle Cloud/Fusion application 
o Understand and use various test design techniques 
o Hands on experience in writing and executing SQL queries 
o Hands on experience in writing and executing Unix commands
