Job Title: Tier 2 Help Desk Support | Financial Services  

Looking for individuals to assist with the clean up of a helpdesk ticket queue. Currently there is a backup of roughly 400 tickets in a variety of issues primarily in a tier 1/2 level however, several issues may require tier 3 level support. Individuals will need to possess knowledge and skills in the following areas;

- Sever level security

- Desktop related issues

- Windows patching

- Security patching

- VMware

- Windows 7 environment 2003-2012 R2 Server

- Cisco environment

- iPhone, Android and iPads

- Task management

Project is expected to take 2-3 months and will be located in central Illinois.
