Title: Desktop Support 

Job Description

  • Windows 10 technician
  • Candidate must have strong Windows troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve efficiently and effectively while minimizing the downtime users.
  • Must be highly adaptive to a changing environment.
  • Apple skills preferred, but not required
  • IOS Support.
  • Knowledge and experience supporting mobile devices (iPhones, MIFI, IPADs).
  • Knowledge of Network Print support
  • Excellent Customer Services Skills and able to professionally and effectively communication to a diverse customer base, in a sometimes very high paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications and End User support
  • Time Management Skills and ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Inventory of Onsite equipment
  • Other duties as required
  • Qualifications Windows Skills, Window/Apple Software hardware certs preferred, but not required
  • At least 3 years of experience
