Role: Voice Communications Specialist (Mid-level)

Location: Quantico, VA

Requires:

  • US Citizen able to obtain/maintain DOD Secret clearance 
  • IAT LII (Sec+ preferred)
  • 4+ years related IT experience
    • Hardware - VoIP/VTC/Unified Communications 

Description:

  • Ensures that adequate and appropriate planning is provided for remote hardware and communications facilities to develop and implement methodologies for analysis, installation and support of voice communications systems.  
  • Provides coordination in the analysis, acquisition and installation of remote hardware and software.  
  • Interfaces with internal/external customers and vendors to determine system needs.  
  • Manages the training and efforts of a staff responsible for system and network planning and analysis activities.  
  • May include billing/charge-back responsibilities.
