Long-term contract to hire

  • Administer and maintain Cisco telephony (i.e. UCCX, UCM)systems.
  • Administer and maintain Cisco Unity and Jabber implementation.
  • Administer and maintain telepresence functions within the enterprise.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot call recording solution (Calabrio).
  • Troubleshoot incidents, process end user requests.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs with Telecom vendors.


We are also coming up on a UCCX upgrade so someone with experience going through an upgrade would be greatly appreciated. As always we use ServiceNow as our ticketing system and we are an ITIL shop so experience with ServiceNow and knowledge of or training in ITIL is a plus.
