Client:  Healthcare

Location:  Washington, DC

Duration:  Direct Hire

Compensation:  $75,000-90,000/year (depending experience level)

Technical Landscape:  ASP.NET 4.0 (moving to 5), Web Forms/MVC, C#, Visual Studio 2010 (Moving to 2015 shortly), JavaScript/jQuery, C#, SQL Server 2008 R2

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop websites used for data collection by physicians, nurses, and patients
  • Develop and maintain timelines and action plans for active databases
  • Lead programming discussions and implement new techniques to facilitate the utility of the new electronic data capture system
  • Collaborate with the clinical project leads and attending to facilitate the development of new electronic strategies to facilitate clinical research
  • Develop database applications for clinical trials and studies.  Create data entry forms and reports
  • Maintain existing databases.  Alter the database structure, forms and reports as the needs of the study evolve.  Monitor clinical study databases for data entry accuracy and completeness
  • Create and run queries or programs to extract study data in support of research programs
  • Assist with the operational deployment, management and control of database applications

 

Required Experience:

  • Ability to create websites for data collection using full ASP.NET technology stack
  • Experience with JavaScript and jQuery in order to run user views
  • Experience with Webforms or MVC (MVC preferred)
  • Ability to create tables, views, stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 R2
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2010 or newer
