Windows 10 Helpdesk Technician

Requirements:

Develop Windows 10 based Image for Dell Laptop deployment 

Establish and manage user testing to ensure absolute functionality in support of aggressive timelines

Provide user troubleshooting support

Support new asset deployment logistics and roll-out plans

 

Experience and Credentials Preferred

Experience with Windows 10 deployments

Windows server/deployment background a plus

PowerShell / GPO knowledge

Dell Hardware Certifications
